Ideally located in the Yoga capital of southern India, Mysore Hatha Yoga Kendra (MHYK) is a center where Yogic practitioners of different age group from all over the world can come together to practice and experinece the Hatha Yoga tradition. This modern studio was opened on 9th February 2011 and caters to needs of all age groups starting from 8 to 65 in different batches.
Studio is in the heart of Mysore city well connected, surrounded by many amenities and accommodations for students who wish to stay nearby.
Classes incorporate traditional Hatha Yoga postures and Power Yoga movements for increasing your flexibility, strength and get you in shape. Students will explore the deeper realms,de-stress and get energiesed via Meditation and Pranayama techniques. Kriyas & Shatkarmas are thought for internal cleansing and practiced to help students enhance their yogic experience. The classes are held by an expert Yoga teacher who is friendly, bi-lingual (Kannada & Engilsh) and a result-oriented person, helping you to achieve your goals.
